allows you to tier your client to multiple levels and route their calls to specific departments or individuals. Bulletin Board boxes have multiple greetings and can dial out to pagers, cellular phones even back to your business if necessary. [top]
Individual mailbox
with or without fax capability gives you a way to receive and store all of your messages. If your mailbox has fax capability, you can attach faxes and print them out on any fax machine simply by entering the fax number. You can also be paged if you have a message or a fax. [top]
Multiple mailboxes
for message routing with or without fax capability improves your internal and external communications. You and your associates can receive messages/faxes, send messages/faxes to each other, and store them for future follow-up. This keeps you in touch without having to talk directly to your associates. Mailbox with operator
adds a cost effective professional and personal touch for your caller. This service helps you avoid your caller getting lost in "the phone zone" by providing urgent or emergency access to a "live" person. Your caller can either leave a message in your voice mailbox or they can press "0" to be routed to a Telephone Service Representative (TSR). allows you to send, receive and store fax messages virtually putting a fax machine at your fingertips. You can receive a fax, have the option of being paged, send a fax, transfer a fax to an associate who is on our voice mail/fax mail system and attach a voice message to it for explanation, store a fax for future reference, and allow your callers to receive from you by entering their fax number into our system.
