The most important members of Airpage's team are the Telephone Service Representatives (TSRs) that answer for you. We guarantee that they are the most professional and well-trained staff available.
Our Human Resources Department recruits from several areas, including local universities, to find intelligent, motivated people, then proceed with an in-depth interview process and background check. New
employees are then enrolled in a comprehensive six month customer service training program. Training is not finite at Airpage. Our continual and comprehensive retraining
ensures that our TSRs maintain the highest skill level possible and continually improve upon those skills. Our people are answering for you, every day, around the clock, courteously, professionally and responsively.
